Arise, Shine

This original watercolor was inspired from a photo I took of my backyard early one morning as the sun rose and the rays of light lit up the foliage.  I'm quite happy with the way I was able to capture that amazing light with watercolor.

The title is from the book of Isaiah 60:1 Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you.
